Here are a couple of images shared by the Cyan team on their social media pages and it’s only added fuel to the Riven hype fire.

First announced back in 2022, Riven: New Discoveries From the Lost D’ni Empire will be a remake of Riven: The Sequel to MYST which launched in 1997, and looks to expand on the narrative of the original in a visually stunning world built from the ground up to feature real-time 3D environments.

Their reimagined Myst game offered the same and was a joy to experience, so I am somewhat patiently waiting for this new game to be released. Until a date is announced any titbit they drop on social media is a treat, and I figured I’d share some of those here.

Below is the original announcement teaser and some images grabbed from their accounts.

In Summary.
The Positives.
The Negatives.
