The incredible team at Nightdive Studios have made playing older games that much easier, having already remastered some of my favourite titles including Blade Runner, Quake II, SiN and The 7th Guest to name a few. Now they are bringing one of the best Star Wars games ever made to modern platforms with the Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster.
A recent reveal trailer teased some of the modernised elements remastered through the KEX engine and the game will include support up to 4K at 120FPS and features advanced 3D rendering, modern gamepad support, trophies and achievements, and more.
There is currently no confirmed release date however the studio has said an announcement for this will be made later this year. I cannot wait to replay this FPS classic, until then you can check out the reveal trailer below:
